Well here goes another attempt of as the wheel turns at Monadnock Speedway. After the rules meeting this past Saturday I feel very confident that we are going to have a great season in the Sportsman Modifieds with a showing of fifteen teams and some new faces that I had no idea were even coming down to join the division. There were some concerns about the rules and there enforcement and who would be doing the tech and I told everyone that the division is only going to as good as whomever we get to oversee the rules, I have done as much as I can in creating the division and writing the rules now the track needs to step up and put someone in place that is going to go by what I have written down.
The Pro Stock meeting was disappointing with the guys in the division more worried about our rules than what our purse was going to be so as of now as far as I am concerned we have taken a pay cut and have not guarantees going forward for the division, and the ENHANCED crate motors are still getting a weight break and more left side the bottom line is we need more cars not rules! I have an update for the classifieds as I have sold the crate motor that was for sale on the home page of my site and I now have a 2000 Troyer car with a sweet rack and new body for sale for $7500 if anyone would like to purchase the car for the new division at Monadnock. Hope to hear from more of you soon and get some more feedback and reserved numbers for the new division.
